These terms of use apply to everyone who uses circlecropimage.app. The tools are free and need no account. You may only edit photos you have the right to use, the site is provided as is, and we cannot promise that another service will accept a file you download.

The service
circlecropimage.app offers free image tools that run in your browser, along with guides and a size chart. You do not need an account, and nothing is charged. Because the tools run on your device, results can depend on your browser and the file you open. We may change, improve, or remove tools and pages at any time.
Your photos and your responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you open and for how you use the files you download. Only edit pictures you own or have permission to use. Do not use the tools to impersonate someone, to harass or mislead people, to break another service’s rules, or to make anything unlawful. Respect the privacy of anyone who appears in your photos.
Who owns the downloads
The files you create belong to you, subject to any rights in the original photo. We do not claim ownership of your pictures, we do not add a watermark, and we never receive a copy.
Our content
The text, illustrations, logo, and design of circlecropimage.app belong to the site. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a short passage with a link back to the source. Please do not copy whole articles or images, or present our content as your own or as official documentation from another company. If you reuse a row from the size chart, keep its source link and date.
Other companies and links
Discord, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, X, Microsoft, Google, Canva, Adobe, and other names on the site are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to explain how to prepare pictures for their products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The guides link to other websites, mostly official help pages. We are not responsible for their content, and their menus and sizes can change after we check them. See the methodology page for how we date and recheck those facts.
Acceptable use
Please do not try to disrupt the site, break its security, overload it with automated requests, or use it to spread malware. Do not send other people’s private photos or personal information to our email address.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the guides and sizes accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current, that the tools will always work in your browser, or that a social network, printer, or other app will accept or display a downloaded file the way the preview showed it. Always keep your original photo.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, circlecropimage.app and the Circle Crop Image Team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or images, that comes from using or being unable to use the site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of use from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
