The best way to reach us is email: [email protected]. There is no contact form, chat, or phone line. The site is written in English, and messages in English are easiest for us to check against the page you mean.
Privacy questions, requests about the terms of use, and permission to quote a guide all go to the same address.
What to include
A short, specific message helps us fix the problem quickly. A subject like “Wrong size on the LinkedIn page” is perfect.
- The address of the page, copied from the browser bar.
- The sentence you think is wrong, and the link to the help page that says otherwise.
- For a problem with the editor: your browser, whether you are on a phone or a computer, the file type you opened, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- Any message the page showed, such as a note that the file type is not supported.
Please do not send your photo
The editor runs in your browser, so we never need the picture itself to understand a problem. Describe the file instead: its type, roughly how large it is, and what the result looked like. Please never send identity documents or photos of other people, and do not include a child’s personal information. If a message contains it anyway, we will delete it.
What we can help with
We can correct a size, a menu name, or a step in a guide; fix a broken link; look into a bug in the editor; and consider ideas for new tools. Feature ideas are welcome, though we cannot promise a date for any of them.
We cannot crop a photo for you, change a setting in your Discord, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, or recover a download from your device. For account problems, the help pages of those services are linked from our size chart and guides.
After you write
We read every message and reply by email. When a correction is confirmed, we update the page and the date shown next to it. If you write again about the same issue, please reply in the same thread so the history stays together.
